School Fees

School fees are assessed after student registration is completed, rather than at the same time as registration. This allows district staff time to review registration information and ensure fees are assessed accurately. Annual school fees will be assessed by September 30.

Additional fees may be assessed throughout the school year as needed, with invoices sent quarterly.

If you have questions about your student’s fees or account, please contact your building secretary.

The district has partnered with InTouch Online Payment Portal for parents/guardians to pay for student fees, make donations, or purchase other items using credit or debit cards. Through InTouch, you can view account activity and print reports showing student payment history. 

This program is integrated into PowerSchool for a seamless and convenient experience to the information you need using a single sign-on. All you will need to access the InTouch Online Payment Portal is a PowerSchool user login.

Purchases and Payments System Instructions

PowerSchool TouchBase Payments

Below you will find directions on how to access your students' first semester bills in our new student fee management system, TouchBase. This will allow you to view any past and present charges on your student's account. If you have any questions please reach out to your building secretary.  

Parents/Guardians

You will need a PowerSchool Parent Portal account to access TouchBase. If you don’t have a PowerSchool Parent Portal account, please call your school office to get an account set up. 

Please sign in to PowerSchool to access TouchBase. The steps below can only be done using an internet browser such as Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Safari, Android browser, etc. (computer, tablet) and CANNOT be done using the PowerSchool Mobile App.

  1.  Sign in to PowerSchool.
  2. Once signed in, click the icon in the left panel labeled Purchases and Payments (see image on left).

You will immediately be taken to TouchBase without having to sign in.

Please note, that in addition to paying online credit card payment is now accepted at each school building.

 

 

Fee Assessment & Invoicing Schedules

  • Annual Fee Assessment: Student resource fees will be assessed at the beginning of the school year. These will be available to view using the link in PowerSchool after September 30.

  • Quarterly Invoices: Student invoices will be sent to parents/guardians at the end of each quarter.
