Schoology

Schoology is a learning management system (LMS) that has all the tools needed to create engaging content, design lessons, and assess student understanding. Ottumwa is using this management system at Ottumwa High School to support student instruction.

With Schoology, students can digitally submit homework assignments, participate in interactive discussions, receive announcements and feedback, take tests, write academic blogs, and more. As a parent, you will be able to view your child’s activity within the platform. Parents and students should always refer to PowerSchool for accurate grades. For parents who need assistance accessing their PowerSchool parent account, contact the district's tech support at:  

Before parents can set up their Schoology account, they must log in to their PowerSchool parent account through their computer browser:  https://ottumwa.powerschool.com/public, not on the mobile phone app. Under "Other Info" on the left, parents will find their access code for Schoology.
