The programs’ salaries, supplies, and administrative expenses are supported entirely by fees. The Ottumwa Community School District provides the space, utilities, and custodial services.

This enrollment form is required for all students to attend PTYC

All forms must be turned in and checklist completed before the first day of school in August 2025.
