Ottumwa Community School District will provide support to English Language Learners in English as a second language. Identified students at the beginning levels will receive structured pull-out support to assist them in developing skills of listening, speaking, reading, and writing in English. Students at intermediate and advanced levels will receive accommodations and modifications by general education teachers in mainstream classrooms.
