The Ottumwa Community School District and Gateway High School hosted Governor Kim Reynolds and her team on Thursday afternoon. Her student-led tour of our state-of-the-art Gateway High School facility not only demonstrates her interest in innovative learning environments but also highlights her dedication to ensuring that students across Iowa have access to the resources and facilities they need to thrive.

Through such visits, Governor Reynolds reaffirms her role as a leader committed to understanding the diverse needs of Iowa's educational communities and working collaboratively to address them. Reynolds was in awe of the Gateway facility and the opportunities it houses for our student community.
