Students entering 7th grade are required to have one dose of the following vaccines:
- Tdap – Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis
- Meningococcal Conjugate
There is no provisional period to implement this requirement.
Students without receipt of a valid certificate from parents require school administration officials to exclude the student.
As you schedule physicals for athletics or if you are in your physician’s office this spring or summer, please ask about this booster vaccine. Documentation of the Tdap and Meningococcal vaccines on the Certificate of Immunization will need to be provided to the school nurse, prior to the first day of school.
